ST. PETERSBURG, Russia, July 9 (UPI) -- Russia's Constitutional Court has ruled that website owners must delete defamatory material if ordered to do so by a court.
The ruling follows the introduction of a series of recent legislative measures by the Russian government to control Internet content, the Russian Legal Information Agency reported Tuesday.
