Medical Marijuana Bill Introduced in the House of Representatives
WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 (UPI) -- A bill introduced in the U.S. House would allow states to legalize medical marijuana to resolve federal policy confusion on the drug, the bill's sponsor said.
