Baseball to Add Regular HGH Testing This Season
Major League Baseball and the players union reached an agreement to add random, in-season human growth hormone blood testing this season.
MLB will announce the expanded testing later this afternoon, according to an official familiar with the agreement. The official spoke to USA TODAY Sports on the condition of anonymity because the announcement has not been made.
Plans to expand the HGH testing program were first reported by CBS Sports.
