Kentucky Sheriff Faces Federal Charges
Barren County Sheriff Chris Eaton and two of his deputies were back in U.S. District Court on Monday.
Reports say Eaton pleaded not guilty to two new federal charges against him.
The new charges filed last month are use of unreasonable force by a law officer and destruction of records.
