Texas Pet Breeders Fight Inspection Laws
A new state law allows inspectors to conduct unconstitutional, warrantless searches of pet breeders' homes, pet owners, breeders and veterinarians claim in Federal Court.
RPOA Texas Outreach and three individual plaintiffs want the 2011 "Dog or Cat Breeders Act" enjoined as "unconstitutional and invalid."
RPOA apparently stands for the Responsible Pet Owners Alliance.
