Australia Plain Packaging Legislation Upheld
Tobacco companies will continue to fight Australia's plain packaging laws despite yesterday's High Court decision.
The court rejected big tobacco's constitutional challengeto the Federal Government's plain packaging laws, clearing the way for the new-look packets to hit Australian shelves.
