The officer is accused of using a gun and knife to attack a former girlfriend
A New York City police officer was charged Thursday with raping at gunpoint a former girlfriend in a parking lot on Staten Island.
Arthur Roldan, 28 years old, is accused of brandishing a gun and a knife while committing the alleged rape just before midnight on Tuesday.
