Edited Version of CFPB v. CFSAA for the 2024 Barnett-Blackman Supplement
I have finished editing CFPB v. CFSAA for the 2024 Barnett-Blackman supplement. I compressed about 60 pages down to 17 pages. You can download it here.
I will have more to say about this case in another post.

Please, God, find him something else to occupy his time.
Yeah, like commenting on YOUR blog about how useless YOU are.
Promise or threat?
Josh, there're the same paper. Where's the 60 page one ?
Presumably, the 60 page one is the original court decision.
Here's the raw decision: https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/23pdf/22-448_o7jp.pdf
59 pages.
Prof. Blackman,
How many people actually use these supplements?
I’d put the over/under at .5.
I appreciated them as a law student.
You used Josh Blackman's casebook supplements when you were n law school?
Mr. Esper likely was referring to study aids in general (the Emanuel series was popular at one time) rather than to anything Profs. Blackman and Barnett were involved with.
