It is time to force this stinking, toxic, lawyer owned and managed government to prove a regulation is safe and effective. What value does the restriction of the shipment of lottery tickets add to our nation, and does the restriction fulfill that purpose effectively?

Government does nothing well. Its sole validation are men with guns imposing tyrannical, garbage, self dealing, rent seeking doctrines.
