He probably identifies with July 3rd, a nice blameless compromise between the 2nd and 4th.

Poster boy for the lawyer dumbass. Lawyers are dumber than students in Life Skills Class learning to eat with a spoon. Ivy indoctrinated lawyers are the dumbest of lawyers. Of the dumbest Ivy indoctrinated lawyers, none is dumber than a Supreme Court Justice. Of Supreme Court Justices, Roberts is truly the dumbest. His epilepsy may be impairing his cognitive ability. He should undergo neuropsychological testing for diagnostic purposes. The likely conclusion however, is likely to be, lawyer dumbass, no brain damage, just residual law school damage.
