It is astonishing that four justices actually held that the feds could ban the publication of a movie merely because it was about a candidate in an upcoming election.
I mean, I can understand concurring with the judgment while criticizing the majority for going far beyond what was needed.
But to actually hold that banning Hillary the Movie is consistent with the First Amendment...
