Tonight at 8 ET, Feddie Night Festivus: Blackman vs. Everybody!
Featuring unprecedented feats of jurisprudential strength.
Tonight at 8 ET, join us for a very special Feddie Night Festivus. Come listen to how you have all disappointed me over the past year. I have a lot of problems with you people. And, over Zoom, you'll hear about it.

Who is the Elf at the top of the pole in the video?
Does this mean Josh finally got a haircut and looks like his pre-pandemic self (as shown in the picture)? Or is he still going with the Sean Penn in Carlito’s Way look (getting closer to Kenny G as it gets longer)? I’ll tune in for the big reveal!
(But in all seriousness, while Josh gets a lot of grief and criticism in the VC comments—some more warranted than others—he seems like a nice guy who genuinely likes his work, and he gives us a lot (a whole lot) of content to read and reply to, and I wish him Happy Holidays (not sure what he celebrates) and a Wonderful New Year.)
I am waiting for him to purchase a tie that is not Maroon
Merry Christmas, Prof. Blackman! Sorry to have disappointed you this year. I will try to do better in 2022.
I have my Josh Blackman bingo card all ready to go.
Squares include:
Rocket docket
Blue June
Irrepressible myth
Originalism
Judicial courage
Judge Ho dissent
Court packing
Criticism of John Roberts
Praise of SB 8
Why is this night different from all other nights?
Hint: it isn't.
I approve of Josh taking himself less seriously. Keep it up.
Happy Festivus.
