Not only is this not in any way helpful, it is unbecoming of a law professor. Quite frankly, Justice Sotomeyor not only has a right to be upset with the situation, she (and Justice Roberts) have a valud point that if the court simply flip-flops whenever new Justices are appointed, it can never secure any rights, no matter how textually embedded, against political pressure.
Attacking Justice Sotomeyor personally, calling her names, is no answer. And it is unbecoming of a law professor.
That poster is horrendous. I love it.
