Hard to stomach Reichman's defense of the poor adjunct who didn't get tenure after being caught on video calling for "muscle" to prevent some student from intruding on a blacks-only occupation of the quad. And then there's his defense of Starbucks firing a barrista if her Facebook post causes picketers to show up in contrast to some academic's deserved impunity for for off-campus stupidity because punishing him for it might have an ulterior motive. It's special pleading all the way down, and not convincing at all.
