"E[lon ]Musk Possesses Better Artillery Than Military and Law Enforcement Agencies"
The rest of this pro se filing is, er, kinda sus, but that assertion may well be right.

“but that assertion may well be right.”
Based on …
My entirely fictionalized version of Elon Musk, Badass Billionaire.
Does he have a personal physician for his lair?
Cause I might be interested
Rocket technology is tightly controlled. His facilities are not guarded with slingshots.
Indeed. They are guarded with rockets...
Well, rockets are a form of artillery. And that remains technically true regardless of the form of payload you put on them.
He almost certainly also employs private security for at least some of his companies or facilities. And since the most favorable interpretation of that sentence is that his is alleging only that Musk's security be better equipped than at least some military or law enforcement units, that's a fairly low bar.
On the other hand, his TRO request is only that Musk stay 222 yards away. That's a) oddly specific and b) a long pistol shot, a comfortable rifle shot and ludicrously short if you're worried about real artillery, much less whatever someone could hide on top of a SpaceX engine.
I would hope kids with bottle rockets have better artillery than police agencies.
If you count 40mm grenades and an occasional rocket launcher, nope.
I must admire Elon's hacking skills, such that his "phone invasion" was able to prevent the crime from being reported to law enforcement for 17 years.
Also, the fact that he launched a satellite to spy on this guy years before the first successful Falcon launch. Who would have ever thought that he'd be able to sneak such past the US, China, Russia, the EU, and everyone else with a radar or telescope?
This guy's version of Musk is certainly much more of a Badass Billionaire than the one that keeps appearing in reality.
Hank Scorpio with a sense of humor.
It’s very sad what this person is going through and I hope he gets the help he deserves from the right people.
