His economic-freedom decisions don't seem to have survived, but his exaltation of Presidential power still plagues constitutional law. How unfortunate that they kept the bathwater and threw out the baby!

Sutherland was one of the 'Four Horsemen' known for being the most 'libertarian' justices having served on the court. He voted with the majority in Buck v. Bell and in Pierce (which would later be used to support Roe).

Equestrians is not on the nose enough for typical prog newspeak. You should probably go with four horsepersons.
Using "horseperson" to identify someone who oppresses horses by riding on them is offensive to transspecies people, especially those who identify as centaurs.
