As a life-long Minnesotan (where this reservation is located), I was very confused to why this would cause confusion. I've grown up hearing about the White Earth nation all my life and never thought about any of the race implications referenced in this post.

Also, to DavidBehar and Jerry B, grow the F up. You sound like a bunch of impetuous, whiny, racist twelve-year-olds. Honestly, reassess your priorities in life.
