Boo.
Sorry, that has to go the the Court of Spirit Appeals rather then the Court of Special appeals.
The freak court?
All judges must be replaced by an algorithm. It should be written and owned by the legislature. It should carry full product liability and be insured. It should compensate all the victims of its carelessness.
Because punishment is the sole tool of the court, the algorithm should be subject to strict liability.
David, David, David .... sometimes you can have fun by making fun of them. Such as ....
Well I guess that explains why they dress up in judge's costumes!
How odd it looks to see a comment from "12:42 pm" being earlier than one from "10:40 pm"!
Intro to CosLaw was my favorite class!
There have been many cosplay-related harassment incidents, many of which have resulted in lawsuits. Indeed, sadly it has become so common that the unofficial golden rule of cosplay is now “cosplay is not consent”. That is, just because a person portrays a fictional character does not mean that they consent to all the things that character would consent to. You’d think this were self evident, apparently not.
Or even "elf-evident".
O, FFS....
Is Special Appeals like Special Olympics?
Except the lawyers get all the prizes, and the winners get a $25 credit.
