Without specific commentary, the idea that 9 know nothing, Ivy indoctrinated bookworms with no real world experience get to set national policies is ridiculous.
The Supreme Court is the running dog of the Congress. It is made to fetch unpalatable policy issues, so Congress does not have to face the voter on them. Article I Section 1 requires Congressional approval of all the pages of the Federal Register. It also requires its approval of all judicial review. Any that is not explicitly approved is void under Article I Section 1.
You should read opinions of Justice Brandeis. They are like poetry to me. He has been around, lived a lot, and loved humanity. And that was long before he was appointed to the Supreme Court. He was incorruptible.
Sorry that you are such a stick in the mud.
Do you regret the toxic effect of the lawyer profession on our nation? Every social pathology has lawyer rent seeking as a major factor.
