If you combine the lectures do you end up with Second Amendment solutions to the eviction moratorium?
Professor Blackman....My question about that Chicago case. When Chicago closed the gun range, and prohibited people from carrying a firearm in city limits, why did SCoTUS simply not say: An enumerated right that you cannot freely exercise is a right you don't have. Therefore, the Chicago law is unconstitutional.
