One of the great might-have-beens is if only Douglas Ginsberg hadn't been a pothead when he was a law professor.
He was not a pothead. He was just honest, that’s all.
If he'd been on the Supreme Court he'd at least have had an excuse for silly rulings - an excuse unavailable (AFAIK) to other Justices:
"I upheld *what*? Man, I was so wasted."
Rehnquist had that excuse, at least for several years.
In New York, Chief Judge Sol Watchler had that excuse, in the years around 1990.
This fool illustrates the lack of difference between conservative and liberal Justices. All are Ivy indoctrinated, big government biased residents in the rent seeking capital of the US.
Kennedy took it upon himself to legalize butt banging, and the resulting spread of AIDS. This decision was in violation of Article I Section 1, giving Congress all lawmaking powers. Kennedy is a mass murderer of homosexuals, the people whose interests he tried to promote. That's the lawyer, the stupidest person in this country. And of all lawyers, none is stupider than the Supreme Court Justice. The fool cannot the plain, high school English of the constitution.
