One of the worst amendments in history, along with the 14th and 19th. Without them, we could have "reasonable" and "common sense" restrictions based on race and we wouldn't have emotional women deciding anything.
The 21st Amendment is Exhibit A as to why the CRT argument that the 14th Amendment repealed the "speech" portion of the 1st Amendment is bullshyte. It took explicit language in the 21st to repeal this amendment.
