This subhuman Harvard lawyer may be an abomination to anyone patriotic. However, I see no difference between her and the conservative Justices. All are Ivy indoctrinated into a bias favoring big government. Even if they were not, they would soon become so after living in Washington for a short time, acquiring its rent seeking culture.

Anyone who has passed 1L should be banned from all benches, all legislative seats and all responsible policy positions in the Executive. The Supreme Court should be moved to the Midwest, to acquire the real culture of America. The number of Justices should be changed to an even number, to end those horrible 5-4 decisions. If this Court insists on making law, and not just applying law, make its size legislative, like 500 Justices. Fill it with members of the jury pool, on a rotating basis. It will acquire the Wisdom of the Crowd on highly complicated, technical subject. These bookworm lawyers are setting national policy knowing nothing. A Judiciary Act could achieve these goals without an Amendment.

I am the best friend of the lawyer profession. If the public is oppressed by this awful, failed hierachy, the lawyer is doubly oppressed, and the regular judge, triply so.

The profession should be half its size, its income 4 times higher because of its great social value, and its public esteem 10 times more.

Is Kagan a Harvard indoctrinated lawyer or not? Wasn't she the indoctrinator in chief, as Dean? She is on the lawyer hierarchy arrest list. When Asians and Africans predominate, they will be as well.

He didn’t even consider the possibility of non-Christians so was surprised and embarrassed by Kagan’s answer.

That may be it. Some years ago, my wife and I visited Charleston. At the time, Nikki Haley was in a primary race with someone or other for the governorship. Haley was raised a Sikh, and The local paper had a sidebar explaining what Sikhs are and what they believe. The sidebar also included an explanation of the exotic religion of her primary challenger, a Catholic.
