Interesting footnote in the CRS Posse Comitatus primer:
"War department seizures of manufacturing plants where war materials were under production continued during the war, which effectively precluded the need to send troops in the event of a strike. See SCHEIPS, supra note 37, at 3. There were twelve such cases between September 1945 to January 1953, id. at 4."

Yes, I think that "wartime" might have been worth mentioning, although Korea was not a declared war.
