AGAIN, what did the court rule?
Yes, I know how it did, but that's the sort of fact that's included when one is serious about academic rigor.
At least Josh proves that he read one sentence from the opinion. Also he got the year correct. Also there’s only two more posts in this series (unless he miscounts again).
