Damn fine eyebrows on that Justice.
Didn’t like it when people broke promises. Could always find “consideration”, by “spinning spider webs of logic” (Gilmore, The Death of Contract).
And of course as is clear now, the law follows the Andrews dissent in Palsgraf.
