Practitioners should still call the clerk or chambers or whatever. My firm is aware of a number of changes to our cases that are not reflected on the chart.
I would say in general that, if you are scheduled for jury trial in a state that has restricted large public meetings, there is a very significant chance venire will not take place and your trial will be postponed.
