“I solemnly swear to be the most pompous man ever to sit on this Court, to be a closed-minded stick in the mud for the next 23 years, to engage in juvenile cat fights with Douglas that entire time, to contribute nothing to the Court’s jurisprudence except that idiotic “outcome determinative” test, yet know that I will be widely quoted because I taught Con Law at Harvard for 25 years.”
