And then Justice McReynolds, the stale bigot, was replaced. By a (slightly) better person. Shortly afterward, that associate justice who replaced Justice McReynolds also was replaced — by a substantially better person.

Yep..clingers those that believe in the Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights..those that believe the Federal Govt is a compact of the States and Judicial Review is simply not allowed for in said compact. Clingers who believe in sound money, limited govt, peace (not getting pulled into wars which certain immigrant groups who can't put the old country behind them drag us in)...those that believe the individual decided who to trade with not the govt...
