So are the legal beagles at Reason going to talk about the fact that Devin Nunes was right all along about Operation Crossfire Hurricane aka “Spygate”, as were all of us who said it was crooked and probably illegal from the start? And that Adam Schiff knowingly lied to the American people for two years? Here’s the proof right here, straight here from the court desk of FISA Court judge Rosemary Collyer:

Usually you guys put yourselves forth as the biggest supporters of the 4th Amendment on planet earth, so I would think this court order would be of some interest to you.
Which part of the document describing FBI corner-cutting proves -- to the audience that does not consist entirely of half-educated bigots and disaffected culture war casualties -- that Rep. Schiff knowingly lied to the American people for two years?
Thank you.
We were right and you were wrong, asshole. This court order is the proof. The Obama Justice Department and Comey FBI knowingly and deliberately lied to the court as a pretext to commit one of the biggest fourth amendment violations in known American history. The money quote:
I know that even someone with a pile of shit between their ears like you can understand this. It’s the polite legalistic way of saying “not only did you lie to us, you lied to us so badly it makes me question if we can believe anything you say.”
Choke on that, scumbag.
Who, other than a low-level employee or two, "knowingly and deliberately" lied to the court, you half-educated bigot?
Comey was a Republican and a Bush appointee. The FBI has never had a Democratic director (a mistake for which I expect a correction in a year or so).
The Horowitz report appears to contend that the investigation (and surveillance) should have been conducted.
Your lack of familiarity with the 'biggest Fourth Amendment violations in American history" is striking. I attribute that to general ignorance, lack of education, taste for silly conspiracy theories, and polemical partisanship.
(By the way, when did anti-social right-wing malcontents develop a taste for swallowing one-sided government reports whole?)
Open wider, WCR. Guys like me are not done shoving liberal-libertarian mainstream progress down your whimpering, bigoted, defeated right-wing throat. Not nearly. And be nicer, or your betters might start positioning that progress sideways before shoving.
Either way, your decades of obsequious compliance with the preferences of your betters is appreciated.
I like your style...could I interest you in making some campaign speeches for Democratic candidates in key swing states?
Here is an introduction to rebuttal of the clingers' contentions with respect to the Horowitz report in particular and the half-educated right-wing bigots' "Deep State" nonsense in general.
Open wider, clingers. That includes clinger bloggers.
Well, you could focus your campaign speeches on how the FBI would have treated an average citizen, Republican or Democrat, the same way it treated people associated with Trump. You can explain how the public should feel reassured that the FBI didn't single out Trump, but instead violates the rights of everyone in its use of information and in its creative use of facts in the FISA court. Explain how that's perfectly OK, that our betters are screwing us in a nonpartisan way, which makes it all right.
Then you could add your applause line that "your decades of obsequious compliance with the preferences of your betters is appreciated."
With those kinds of speeches, you should assure a tsunami of support for Democratic candidates from President on down.
...and don't be discouraged if Democratic officials try to discourage you from speaking during campaign season, saying stuff about "swing states" and so on...those Democratic officials are simply jealous haters who are intimidated by your intelligence. Ignore their carping and give your strongest speeches in favor of the Democrats!
Is there still time to print some memorial T-shirts for Justice Johnson?

"You can probe deeply into any legal issue if you have a Justice Johnson."
"No peeking from behind that blindfold, Lady Justice, we all know how curious you are to get a look at Justice Johnson."
And whatever you do, don't tell Beavis and Butthead about this guy, they'll giggle themselves silly.
