A shameful day.
A lot of justices that never heard of Marco Polo or the Silk Road to make such obvious claims that because this action is related to that trade, it somehow means "commerce among the states".
The court made a blatant error deciding this case.
How cute, you think they didn't realize exactly what they were doing and how they were misconstruing the clause.
How cute, you think they weren't stupid.
Infamous.
Seems like a correct decision to me.
