Road movies?
I mean .... they were Morocco-bound in one movie with a direct connection; was there a "Road to Shanghai"?

The mandarin orange is also known as the tangerine, named after Tangiers.
That's what I had in mind.
Oh. That makes sense.
My first thought was "money laundering", since Morocco is a major international hub for money laundering, in combination with the Chinese Laundry stereotype.
