Four Michigan Court of Appeals Precedents Added to Westlaw
I'm pleased to report that Patterson v. Beverwyk, Buchanan v. Crisler, and TM v. MZ—the recent Michigan Court of Appeals precedents that Westlaw declined to upload, for complicated reasons (and I think unsound reasons), and that I wrote about last week ("Dark Law: Published Michigan Precedents on Protection Orders Missing from Westlaw")—were just added to Westlaw yesterday. A fourth case that fit the same pattern, Brown v. Rudy, was uploaded, too. Very glad to see that, for reasons I mentioned in the earlier post.
