Cato Institute podcast on "The Grasping Hand: Kelo v. City of New London and the Limits of Eminent Domain" [updated with an embed of the podcast]
The Cato Institute has posted a podcast based on my new book The Grasping Hand: Kelo v. City of New London and the Limits of Eminent Domain. The podcast summarizes the main themes of the book.
For a more detailed discussion of several of the issues raised by the book, see the recent two part interview I did with Yale Law School Professor Jack Balkin (Part I and Part II), and my earlier series of blog posts based on the book (this post has links to previous entries in the series).
UPDATE: In the original post, I tried to embed the podcast, which so far has not worked. I have therefore simply included a link to it.
