We all know that the Volokh Conspiracy played an important role in the first round of Affordable Care Act litigation. More recently, and no less notably, Jonathan Adler has played a crucial role in King v. Burwell.
But it is not just the Conspirators that have played a role here - even the comments at the Conspiracy are shaping the debate.
