Guest post at Law and Liberty blog on myths and realities of consumer credit
I have a guest essay at the indispensable Law and Liberty blog today cleverly entitled (not by me) "Your Credit History (The Accurate Version)." I present some different data and ways understanding consumer credit and its regulation than I have at other times and it may respond to some questions I've been asked here and elsewhere. If you've not visited Law and Liberty before, I invite you to stick around and read some of the other fascinating essays there as well.
I also did a very fun and lively podcast with Richard Reinsch, the editor of Law and Liberty, which will be posted sometime soon.
