Marijuana in Denver

The next video in The Drew Carey Project will be a piece on medical marijuana. So I turned to youtube and found a lively debate between SAFER Director Mason Tvert and Denver City Councilman Charlie Brown. The basis of the discussion is Initiative 100, which amended the Denver Municipal code to legalize the possession of up to one ounce of marijuana by adults over 21 years old.
