Is the Libertarian Migration to New Hampshire Having an Impact?
Q&A with Free State Project President Matt Philips.
"Libertarians, who I'm afraid will be disappointed in [the] November [presidential election], will look at the Free State Project as a way that they can actually make a difference on a smaller level with more impact," Matt Philips told Reason's Nick Gillespie.
A 15-year-old initiative to get libertarians to move to New Hampshire, the Free State Project reached a milestone in February by collecting its 20,000th pledge to relocate to the Granite State within five years.
Gillespie sat down with Philips, who's president of the Free State Project, at FreedomFest 2016 to discuss how the initiative is progressing.

Libertopia in New Hampshire? IDKWITAT
I'm making over $7k a month working part time. I kept hearing other people tell me how much money they can make online so I decided to look into it. Well, it was all true and has totally changed my life. This is what I do... http://goo.gl/NNM5id
"got rid of all the knife laws"
Ok, I'll admit, that's impressive.
"The country's been ruined since 1789".
No, Nick, we pessimists don't think the country has been ruined since 1789.
It was ruined in 1793.
RE: Is the Libertarian Migration to New Hampshire Having an Impact?
What kind of chickenshit state would have a motto "live free or die?" That kind of statement only attracts the degenerates that love freedom, capitalism and independence from The State. If the denizens of that state were truly enlightened they would be reading and memorizing the wise readings from "Das Kapital," "The Communist Manifesto," and Slate. But no. They read what they want to, which in itself is a mortal sin in any socialist state, make up their own minds on political and economic matters, and foolish enough not to trust the wise diktats of The State. Hopefully, someone will come along soon and show these knuckle-dragging Troglodytes to the shining path of socialist enlightenment. It is these kind of people who retard the growth of our Glorious Peoples Revolution with their antiquated and backward thinking. However, hope is on the horizon. We have two political candidates, one fascist and the other a socialist slaver, who lead us all into the 21st century of big government with all its benefits and joys such as redistribution of wealth, more war, more government intrusion into our every day lives as they chip away at that racist, misogynist, wealth producing, and anti-government document, the US Constitution. So take heart all those who recognize time is on the side of socialism. The beloved gulag state we all want so bad is just around the corner.
Spot on. Hold the Red Star proudly high in hand!
Don't fret. Plenty of goodthinking folks from the People's Republic of Massachusetts have been moving northward to escape the oppressive shithole they created bring the light of socialism into the dark societal hinterland that is the Granite State.
Yeah, New Hampshire...so free. Except that you can't just go to the store and buy a bottle of rum.
You mean you don't distill your own?
Live Free or Die. Except I live in the Old Line State, which is pretty much as blue as it gets, and I can buy any kind of scotch I want from a private store. I'm thinking maybe New England isn't the place to go for freedom.
Right? I figure that if it's not legal for me to buy taco makings and tequila in the same place at the same time, something is very wrong.
I've made $64,000 so far this year working online and I'm a full time student. Im using an online business opportunity I heard about and I've made such great money. It's really user friendly and I'm just so happy that I found out about it. Heres what I do,

While I like and support the folks at FSP, the 'migration' of libertarians to New Hampshire is overstated. It's nowhere close to the numbers of reliably democrat voters flowing into the cities of Nashua and Manchester. Soon NH will look like a lot of states currently do; red across the rural and suburban areas and blue clustered in the growing urban areas.
The balance of power will shortly tilt blue, and remain so thereafter.
An Impact?
So far, the state has become less Red, and more Blue.
Way to go, Libertarians.
I'd rather they would have selected Idaho for FSP.
nice post thanks admin
