By Comey's own words, there is evidence Secretary Clinton or her colleagues were EXTREMELY CARELESS in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information. I'm not even a lawyer and I understand that it takes intent to delete emails. Intentionally deleting emails in this case is clearly destruction of evidence. She told congress under oath that she "turned over" all emails. She was proven to have lied, that's perjury. Lying to congress is a federal offense. Destroying government documents is a federal offense. What prosecutor WOULDN'T take this case?
