Lyrics:
Started from the bottom now we're here
Started from the bottom now the whole team here, person
Started from the bottom now we're here
Started from the bottom now the whole team here
Way back when I didn't have a lot
I'd head to the Old Navy
Barracks where I park my yacht
"How'm I gonna make it?" I would ask
only had a work ethic
and a suitcase full of cash
So I started doing deals on the scene
most everlasting companies
the world has ever seen
It's the American Dream like they say
some television work and some eminent domain
Started from the bottom now we're here
Started from the bottom now we're all right here, cookie
Started from the bottom now we're here
Started from the bottom now we're all right here
Maybe you be out there on the streets
feeling worth less than a
a Wesleyan degree
but I'm-a tell you how to be a G
doing lots of deals
like nobody would believe
Step 1, get a million from your pops.
What? Is that not normal?
Started from the bottom now we're here
Started from the bottom now we're all right here, cookie
Started from the bottom now we're here, loofa
Started from the bottom now we're all right here, person

When will Reason Magazine come out of the closet and announce they support Trump for President?
For a candidate that they daily dismiss, they seem to be infatuated with him
It not just Trump...its any non-Libertarian candidate that pays any lip service to even remotely pseudo-libertarian ideas.
This isn't even a real article. It's just beating up on him for its own sake. The Dems don't get this much vitriol.
Vitriol? I sensed no vitriol in this parody. Remy is just having fun. I especially liked the line about the Wesleyan degree. If there is any vitriol, it's from the Trumpkins when their "business hero" is criticized.
When will DJF come out of the closet and admit he has no brain? For someone whos eems to be able to type, he either reads very little or remembers very little of it.
When will the Reason comment section be about intellectual debate and facts?
I really enjoy when someone rebuffs Liberal hyperbole with factual statistics, reputable links and calm discussion. It shows the sharp contrast between between the average Liberal talking points and a Libertarian's (alleged) search for truth.
When insults and profanity fly... not so much.
What do you expect. At the rate the writers, and MANY of the commenters here tear down Rand Paul, it's no sort rise no libertarian leaning republican will ever get any traction. And here's a hint for the people here, when the economy is in the shitter and employment looks bleak, exalting the joys of open borders will not bring people to your side. Not one little bit.
Trump gives us more reason to doubt the sanity of our fellow man. You can't blame Reason for being fascinated by his blowhard-huckster schtick, which is apparently what his supporters actually like about him. If you can imagine a tribe of neo-Hegelian feminists who really like Hillary because she's a murderer and a crook and thus, you know, imbued with strength, I think you can see why Trump is such a spectacle even for a jaded student of politics.
We've moved from a reptilian sociopath in Clinton to a glib jackass in Bush to a gun-grabbing political naif and moron who thinks that oil is a local market in Obama to either an even more sociopathic Clinton or Trump/Carson.
I suspect that the rogue's gallery currently being paraded around as the leading D and GOP candidates is a calculated setup to make Cruz or Rubio look more desirable and reasonable. Which they do, in the same way that thyroid cancer is preferable to colon cancer.
Republicans are tired of overly polite little pussies walking on eggshells to avoid angering orogressive pieces of shit. It's refreshing to have someone get up, tell them to fuck off and then double down when attacked for it.
