Eric Garner Protesters Stage "Die-In" at Grand Central Station
Two hours after it was announced that a Staten Island grand jury declined to indict NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo in the death of Eric Garner, about 20 protesters staged a "die-in" in the middle of the Grand Central Station terminal concourse.
The protest lasted about an hour, but broke up as demonstrators left to join other protests nearby in Times Square and Rockefeller Center.
About 1 minute.

Well, this is pretty good I think, At least people are protesting a clear case of excessive force by the police. Let's hope they don't start burning shit down.
Is it wrong of me that part of me would actually like to see NYC burn down in a riot?
Is it wrong to watch NASCAR for the wrecks?
Watch for whatever reason you want - just watch.

Abe Lincoln has a sad.
Im sitting in a firehouse in the Bronx waiting for something to start burning. Nothing fun happens while Im working.
Well, if it does you might as well enjoy it, I guess.
I'd have a lot more respect for them if they were pulling this stunt in front of a police station instead of keeping innocent people from getting to their trains.

I applaud the "No justice, No tree" chanting at Rockefeller Center
Instapundit knows what's up.
Made my night.
Yeah, I read that this morning. Ouch. The novel "To Kill a Mockingbird" is progressive canon. But they'll throw Harper Lee under the bus in a heartbeat.
My theory of TKAMB is that is co-written, or heavily (heavenly) edited by Truman Capote.
Why isn't anybody at this protest smoking out-of-state cigs?
They don't wanted to get get choked out?
Those actors KILL!
Well when I see five weirdos dressed in togas stabbing a guy in the middle of the park in full view of 100 people, I shoot the bastards. That's my policy.
I can get behind this protest.
Not Brown and Martin.
Had a difficult conversation about this with the wife today. Or with Brown rather. Wilson to be more specific. According to the Daily Mail, Wilson told his buddies that he didn't know about the robbery at the time of the shooting, and the changed his story after talking with a lawyer. Additionally, they've got pictures of his face shortly after the shooting. He initially didn't want to go to the hospital. Why? See for yourself. He obviously had not been beaten up, so that part of the story is a lie as well.
My only point was that the cop is a liar. That doesn't justify the looting, nor does it mean Brown was an angel. Only that the cop is a liar, and no one will ever know the truth.
In a sane world the grand jury would have indicted simply based upon the fact that the cop is a liar and trial might uncover the truth, but we don't live in a sane world.
with *about*
According to the article Wilson's story remained the same--an unnamed detective/supervisor(possibly two people) says that Wilson initially said something different, but there's no record of Wilson saying anything different--worse, that unnamed detective/supervisor states that there is no record of this because, and I quote, "Number one, I did not have a recorder. Number two, I didn't take notes because at that point in time I had multiple things going through my mind besides what Darren was telling me.". If there's a liar here, I think we've found him.
Those cops should be in prison for homicide. As soon as he said he couldn't breath they should have been off of him (not that they should have ever been on him in the first place!) He was nor fighting and was not being a threat to them in any many. That was a homicide. Those cops are scum.
The politicos who crusade for goofy laws like that are scum.
All they have to do is sell unlicensed, untaxed cigarettes and they won't have to stage anything.
Mass suicide? Works for me, just as long as they don't leave a mess on the floor.
