The first time I ever saw Chris Rock, on TV, he was hilarious. He was talking about his friends or family trying to make him eat pigs feat.
I guess he has decided to join most of the entertainment industry and go full on retard.
People who have such deference to authority, have no self respect, and honestly, all of them make me sick.
There are tons of entertainers that I love to see, be it on film or stage or whatever, that I could care less what they have to say off it. I mean, Ashley Judd is fine but good lord woman.
We can safely add Mr. Rock to that list.
I liked it when In Living Color used to make fun of him...and then he was on the show for some brief number of episodes.
Even Jimmy Fallon can do a good Chris Rock - which says...something.
Chris Rock has been vexed for some time now by the realization that he is not, nor shall ever be, white.
Not being funny in the least seems to vex him also.
Matt,
Sorry, no 42 minutes. You're a great guy, but 42 minutes?
Pull-quotes with time stamps, notes about comments at X time, or transcript.
Just not gonna happen. I can scan a copy version; muted watching of talking heads tells me nothing.
Totally worth watching the whole show, as I do every night.
And come on - Matt's worth it, too.
A,
I live in SF and I'm pretty sure that the Super Bowl didn't get 42 minutes of continued viewing.
Nope, tell me what I'm gonna see and when.
and we should win prizes just for watching.
I forgot - I DVRed this and haven't watched yet! This is like finding another Christmas present you missed earlier.
OK, not quite. Anyway...
*Power Rangers....DVR!!*
Why would subscribing to Reason's YouTube channel help here? This isn't on YouTube. (Which is an enormous PITA BTW because all of my devices play YouTube and none of them play RedEye videos.)
at least it's not using RealPlayer
It would help reason make money.
Fear not

Niiiice. 🙂
I agree NICE.
(also we should have a 'like' button for comments, sometimes I want to give a comment a thumbs up, but am too lazy to comment)
You're better than Nick, but Kennedy is the only one connected with Reason that has much of a personality.
Well her and STEVE SMITH.
OT: Glenn Beck talks with Penn Jillette - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i3LnVa7zXgc
And I *really* like Jillet, but 42 minutes with no hint of what I'd see?
Hey, Matt! You got competition for 'what I ain't gonna watch'!
what else are you gonna do?
Got this book "1919"; the issue is China in this chapter.
Back tomorrow...
Germany loses.
you're done.
Since we're linking to 45 minute videos left and right
I'll see that and raise you...
Saw this interview in the past, it's pretty good. Jillette and Beck seem to communicate with ease, making for a good conversation.
It gave me a newfound respect for Beck, who I previously thought was a nut.
10 cars you should buy tomorrow
The first part of the first sentence makes no sense to me. Henry Ford was born in 1863, and presumably would have been out of diapers sometime around 1866 or 1867. The first automobile was created in 1872, when Henry Ford was nine, and they remained scientific and engineering curiosities until the automobile industry started forming sometime in the 1890s. There WAS no auto industry when Henry Ford was in diapers.
So is he trying to say there is no competition? Because that's obviously false, and given the context of the rest of the sentence doesn't really seem to be what he's going for anyway. So it seems he is just a hack writer who can't google basic facts.
It's also funny that he thinks the Canadian market is big enough to drive large, sweeping decisions on what cars and trucks to manufacture from automakers. For instance, Tundras might not sell well in Canada, but it looks like they manage to sell an average of ~140,000 a year in the States, with highs of up to 200,000 in good years.
I just saw a brit dressed as Elvis singing Dixie.
As has been said here before: we're dooooooomed!!
WASHINGTON (CNNMoney)
Some 600,000 poor women and children will no longer get free milk and cheese, and some 2,100 fewer food inspections will take place if federal budget cuts expected to kick in March 1 actually take place.

Because every single bureaucrat is indispensable. This sounds more like extortion than governance.
No more gubment cheese!?!
The eye candy chick said about drone strikes about 17 minutes in, "We want to be able to trust our government officials." Matt Welch should have projectile vomited all over her.
If WWII were fought today with a Barack Obama-type of leader as Commander-in-Chief, would the world be speaking German and would Jews have been completely exterminated?

Pass.
Drones don't kill people.
Unchecked Chief Executives kill people.
I can't believe no one mentioned Pictures of Lily as best love song.
