Fiery End

Officials temporarily shut down a fire station in Scott County, Kentucky, after discovering several safety violations including improper firewalls and improper smoke alarms. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration also recommended that one of the station's three trucks be taken out of service because of low tread on the tires.
