Unvaccinated Kid Dies of Measles in Texas
Odd coincidence that RFK Jr. is now Secretary of Health and Human Services?

An unvaccinated child died of measles in West Texas, officials said Wednesday, marking the first death in an ongoing outbreak of the highly contagious respiratory illness. The child was one of 124 confirmed cases in this vaccine-preventable outbreak. Eighteen others have been hospitalized. The loss is a tragedy; the measles vaccine is 97 percent effective in preventing disease.
"It is no coincidence in my mind that [Robert F. Kennedy Jr.] gets confirmed to be secretary of [the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)], and immediately we have a measles outbreak," said Polly Tommey in an interview with NBC News. Tommey is the programming director of Children's Health Defense, the anti-vaccination advocacy group founded by RFK Jr. Tommey believes that the measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine caused her son's autism.
Indeed, Tommey could be right; it is perhaps no coincidence. After all, the already vaccine-hesitant parents of the infected kids in Texas live in a culture influenced by RFK Jr.'s long and sordid history of kooky and dangerous anti-vaccination agitation.
Also coinciding with the measles outbreak is the HHS' postponement last week of the regularly scheduled meeting of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). The meeting was allegedly canceled to solicit further public comment on the ACIP's upcoming agenda. Composed largely of academic researchers and physicians, the committee was supposed to consider the risks and benefits of vaccines for meningitis, chikungunya, influenza, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), human papillomavirus (HPV), mpox, and COVID-19.
As the Partnership to Fight Infectious Disease points out in its open letter to Kennedy urging that the ACIP meeting be rescheduled as soon as possible:
Each ACIP meeting holds tremendous weight and relevance. Infectious diseases are constantly evolving opponents; vaccines are among the best tools for constantly adapting and responding to the latest public health threats. ACIP meetings, which review the latest vaccination data, vote on recommendations, and produce public transparency via a live video stream, three times a year, are the exact activities in which a thoughtful, transparent and well-organized scientific community engages.
Politico reports that Kennedy, citing largely specious conflict-of-interest concerns, plans to seed the vaccine committee with folks more to his liking.
During the Senate confirmation hearings, Sen. Bill Cassidy (R–La.) asked Kennedy, "Does a 70-year-old man, 71-year-old man, who spent decades criticizing vaccines and who's financially vested in finding fault with vaccines, can he change his attitudes and approach now that he'll have the most important position influencing vaccine policy in the United States?"
The early portents suggest not.

Or, it could be an illegal immigrant from Latin America that never got a measles vaccine in the first place.
Texas is populated by a lot more than white cowboy wannabes and sluts with big hair and firm titties.
My favorite type of slut.
I’m not a fan of big hair.
I'm born/raised in Nashville. It's in my blood.
i have just cancelled reason!
This is stupid. Texas is a border state and people cross between the US and Mexico everyday legally. They cross for jobs, to shop, tourism, family events with relatives in the other country. Anyone crossing who is not vaccinated is a potential vector. To suggest its undocumented immigrants is simple xenophobic BS.
The current reports are that it's a "school aged" child (which could be anywhere from 6 to 18) from a community of Mennonites who settled in the area because of the less restrictive regulations on private schools in that particular county.
You'd think that someone writing for a libertarian publication might see some merit in that sort of a community.
Not to mention that 15 years ago, most of the people following RFK's "anti-vax loonie" ideas were solidly on the progresive left. Hollywood and Santa Monica public schools in L.A. hit vax rates which compared unfavorably to South Sudan in 2014-2015 before CA banned "personal belief" exemptions for vax requirements in schools.
It wasn't really until Covid when the right took over as the nexus of "anti-vax" (and many of those might only have reservations about the Covid jab as opposed to vaccines in general), especially when the "blue-anon" narrative in the "reputable" media flipped from trump having failed in his "excessive focus on vaccine development" to somehow becoming the ringleader of hesitance to take a shot which up until a month earlier every significant Dem was tripping over themselves to get in front of a camera so they could say they'd "never trust a trump vaccine" instead of demanding a national-level mandate requiring everyone to be forced to get that exact set of shots.
More than likely I'm afraid. And has RFK come out against the measles vaccine? Don't think so, in fact he isn't against vaccines at all. This article is garbage, like most things on this site.
> has RFK come out against the measles vaccine? Don't think so
Look up "2019 Samoa measles outbreak" in Wikipedia.
We can only hope Bailey suffers from PVS after his nth booster.
Also, it was would be nice to know why this kid wasn't vaccinated. Was he a gift of love from a third world shithole? Religious nutters? Immunocompromised?
The news says
Of the 58 kids, mostly school age, mostly in Seminole in Gaines County, confirmed infected - 54 are unvax/unknown and 4 are vax.
The city of Seminole is the seat of Gaines County, Texas, and the epicenter of the current measles outbreak. It’s located in a vast, flat region filled with ranchers and peanut and cotton farmers. There’s also a large Mennonite population, a sect of Christianity. While there is a wide variety of beliefs in different Mennonite communities, the group that settled in Gaines County chose the area for its lack of regulation on private schools and vaccine mandates, according to the Texas State Historical Association. As of the 2023-24 school year, Gaines County had one of the state’s highest vaccine exemption rates, at nearly 18%, according to health department data.
The Mennonites are Russian (originally Dutch/German ethnicity a few centuries ago) who emigrated to the US in the 1980's. Not a surprise - the county also votes 85-90% R. It's a shame that the kids die for their parent's stupidity - but that's how Darwin works.
So that suggests that the child's family has a religious objection to vaccination with a longstanding pedigree. That belief predates the the antivax movement and RFK jr. by centuries. Bailey's lazy conjecture that it has anything to do with RFK jr. confirmation is disproven.
Not only disproven but clearly intentionally false and written to damage somebody's reputation. If RFK weren't a public figure (and such a well known crackpot), one could call this kind of hit piece "libel" or "slander". Instead I'll just call it out for the leftist propaganda that it is.
Your friends gave Cuomo awards and book deals after he essentially condemned a certain demo of his state to death. Lifetime achievement winners of Darwin shouldn't lecture anyone on stupidity.
The HamasPress article suggests that the majority of cases were Mennonite children that were home-schooled and in a small, tight-knit community.
The same article links to a 2024 article about an outbreak in Chicago.
That doesn't work well for a RFK Jr hit piece though.

Funny how things change. Back in 2009, when Hill Dawg published "It Takes a Village", Rush Limbaugh responded, "Mrs. Clinton had a book that says It Takes a Village to raise a child. I said, no, it doesn’t, it takes individuals to raise a child. It doesn’t take a village. The town doesn’t raise a child, village or what have you. That was just code word for the parents don’t really matter. It’s the school. It’s government enterprises that are responsible for raising the child right. And nothing could be further from the truth. This country was not built on group politics. The country was not built on group identities. The country was built on rugged individualism. Rugged individualism is portrayed, unfortunately, as selfishness. But it is not selfishness. Rugged individualism is self-interest, and self-interest is good."
Poor Rush would be terribly out of touch with today's libertarian champions - like RFK, who knows it really DOES take a village to properly raise a kid.
Funded by USAID.
Oh wow, that the day would come when Shrike would tacitly defend "It Takes a Village" on Reason.
It takes a village to burn a witch.
It takes a Viking to raze a village.
Good one!
Indeed, Tommey could be right; it is perhaps no coincidence.
You think the parents knew, 4 or 5 years ago, that RFK Jr. was eventually going to be appointed at HHS and accordingly planned not to vaccinate their child? Or maybe it's just that this is a group of Mennonites who generally avoid modern technology regardless who the director of HHS is?
Does Bailey blame the last death in 2015 on RFK Jr's nuttery too?
More testing needed.
"You think the parents knew, 4 or 5 years ago, that RFK Jr. was eventually going to be appointed at HHS and accordingly planned not to vaccinate their child?"
...sigh...
The full on retardation of society in general, but specifically the left and left leaning folks when it comes to basic scientific practice and critical thinking. Its getting exhausting.
It really is no surprise Bailey has been the resident Climate/COVID retard who falls for all the false premises of the left. And add another to his tally.
As you say, to pose this as related in any way is the most ridiculous claim, as if the parents planned for this exact moment years ago.
As ridiculous as the "Trump was coming down on the FAA! Therefore, he's responsible for the DC crash!". As if the entire structure of the department collapses the moment the director comes under scrutiny. An analagous claim would be that "Trump criticized DC police chief, therefore he was responsible when a cop ran a red light, tail boned a bus, and some kids died! Clearly Trump caused it!"
This kind of reasoning is meant for sub human redditors to score gotcha points in their echo chamber. To even joke about such an absurd suggestion is on its face ridiculous. But of course, as said before, Bailey has been a running joke around here on "tHa SciuEncE" front for years.
Another feather in his cap
Yeah, it’s getting old.
Would have been surprising if the kid happily died of measels.
That's why commas are important.
Unvaccinated kid, sadly, dies of measles in Texas
FIFY
No, don't, stop.
No, don't stop.
Let's eat, Grandma!
Let's eat Grandma!
Phrasing in general. You can never put too much water in a nuclear reactor.
Child cancer deaths are just a fact of life but you know measles deaths are sad because Ron says he is.
Don't be deliberately obtuse. Measles is easily preventable. Childhood deaths from measles is rare precisely because its so preventable. That's okay. We are making america great again. To the time when US life expectancy is in the 50s, woman don't vote or read sure as shit don't work... and pop out as many kids as possible because well...some just die. Polio can make its long awaited comeback. Maybe even the bubonic plague. Why not? Robber barons are popular with all the cool kids. Just read the EPA make make cuts of over 65% of the entire workforce. Maybe we can get rivers to catch on fire again! MAGA
Yes, because you know that the child was MAGA and not one of your mass imported unvaccinated kids from Guatemala and Belize.
Maybe if you progtards hadn’t let so many unvaccinated illegals into this country, it wouldn’t be a problem at all.
I stopped reading at "windycity..."
I guess Bailey still reads the comments. Headline got updated.
More prespective from sarc's favorite news source:
It is still possible to get and die from measles, though less likely, if you have been vaccinated.
The "less likely" part is why you get vaccinated.
100% safe and effective ring bell?
No. Every person, not a child understands, nothing is certain.
Measles is usually not fatal. Most of the unvaxxed kids will survive. The media picked up on the story to go after Trump and RFK. Just like how they blamed two airplane crashed on him.
RFK isn't going to stop anyone from being vaccinated. If people buy into his "misinfo", then at least some of the mistrust can be blamed on the left, who lied to the American people for 4 years and censored any contrarian opinion.
1) You actually need to kill yourself. On camera. So I can masturbate to it.
2) RFK is a fucking freak.
3) Decades-old vaccinations that eradicated horrendous diseases should be taken by anybody with a brain pulse.
4) This kid dying of measles and said freak getting confirmed in the same month is the very definition coincidence.
5) Your pet illegals, who don't follow the most basic health safety protocols, are almost 100% certainly that cause of the outbreak.
6) See 1) and repeat as needed.

Who would feed you? Who’s tits would you suck at, to make a living? WHO would change your perpetually-smelly DIAPERS?!!?
You’d better come up with a better plan, Stan!
The outbreak was among Mennonites, not illegal immigrants, dumbkof. They were anti-vaccine before RFK starting blathering falsities about vaccines.
Oh, I stand corrected. These Mennonites, who have always been unvaccinated, suddenly learned to spontaneously produce the measles after their non-crazy American neighbors had effectively eradicated it for them. I mistakenly assumed it rode in with hordes of people of people who recently flowed in from failed narco states that have never vaccinated their populations. You're a goddamn genius, Gump.
The early portents suggest not.
Too bad there isn’t a vaccine against shitty “science reporting”.
How's that TDS vaccine coming?
Too bad there isn’t a vaccine against shitty "smug, self-assured, self-righteous, vacant-minded, nebulous, meaningless, and laughably cuntentless crowing and bragging".
Twat Profound Insights shall we Praise Ye for, Oh Great Wonder Child? Twat Great Truths are Ye PervFectly hiding from us peons? Twat can we peons do to DESERVE more Great Truths from PervFected Ye?
This is reporting and innuendo unworthy of Reason. Is it wrong to ask for transparency and more data, while simultaneously vaccinating his own children, including for measles, as RFK, Jr has done?
When will RFK, Jr, guarantee me access to vaccinations that I want to have WITHOUT awarding $$$TRILLIONS to one-in-a-billion "victims" who get sniffles from imperfect vaccines? If I am NOT allowed to sign a waiver, so that I can "access" affordable vaccines without paying $$$TRILLIONS to PervFected Whiners, then WHERE is my freedom? CAN I PLEASE BYPASS THE LAWSUIT LOTTERY?!?!? I do snot want to pay $32,687 for my shot, to subsidize parasitical whiners!!!!
No story about the kids who were vaccinated for measles who sadly still managed to die from it?
How many are there? What percentage of kids who get vaccinated die from measles?
What percentage of kids die from measles?
Also, it isn't just about death. A fair number become permanently disabled.
Well then, show us the stats
They had to get it from someone. The point is, there wouldn’t be outbreaks if people did the reasonable thing and vaccinated their kids.
THANK YOU for some common sense for once! Awareness of the PUBIC GOOD of all, goes a long way!!!
("Team R" around here is WAAAY Cuntcerned about being Collectively Tribally Correct, butt gives scarcely a SINGLE shit about our collective pubic health!)
Tommey's an idiot. Infection doesn't happen that fast, much less the social conditions that lead to susceptibility. RFK Jr may be wrong for the job but this particular outbreak absolutely is a coincidence.
It is not a coincidence. The underling distrust of vaccines in the MAGA world that lead to this outbreak is the same that lead to RFK Jr getting his appointment.
So you're sure it the American working class and not one of your hundreds of thousands of trafficked illegal kids in Texas.
I am normally good at understanding MAGA-idiot-speak, but the connection between measles and immigration is lost on me.
So you think all illegals are vaccinated and no Americans are.
Gotcha.
Most of those catching it in Texas are not vaccinated.
Some were.
And most (if not all) of those illegally coming across the border are not vaccinated.
There is literally no issue MAGAs can't be racist with.
1. Ad hominem
2. Illegal is not a race (I realize this may be hard for you to comprehend)
3. Many countries do not have the same high rates of vaccinations as the US
4. If people from from those countries come into the US, disease rates are going to go up
5. How stupid are you?
It’s hard for her because she’s inherently racist as fuck.
Every day people cross between Mexico and Texas. The great majority of those crossing are legal. Anyone one who is unvaccinated could become a vector. The original measles like came from outside the US but it is likely it was some unsuspecting person legally crossing.
No, Tony, you dumb Cunt. It’s you marxists letting all the illegals in here that did it.
The Maga world is up your ass so far you can't see straight.
"If Donald Trump says we should take it, I’m not taking it." - Kamala Harris about the vax
The fact is that both took the vaccine. I am guessing that most of the Congress people that refused to answer if they took the vaccine, did in fact take the vaccine. I do believe that Rand Paul, because he did actually say he did not get vaccinated. That sai I am guessing Rand did get the vaccines recommended by his personal physician.
The underlying distrust of the measles vaccine is primarily and historically a very left-wing cause. The "MAGA world" as you put it expressed distrust only in the covid vaccine.
More generally, distrust of government has been climbing (or trust falling) ever since the end of WW2 but has been basically flat (at abysmally low) for the past several decades - that is, across both R and D administrations. So, no, this outbreak most definitely is a coincidence. Go troll somewhere else.
Just about the dumbest thing you've said yet.
Exactly how powerful do you think HHS is, or government itself for that matter, that you think there could be any connection. No doubt you think it's snarky, but snark only works when the connection is plausible.
Good grief. What a stupid stupid subhed.
RB; dr.
snarky, but snark
I think this is pretty central to what I said below. I don't ever recall Ron being snarky or vindictive or callous or so aloof.
He would certainly make the case that "Hey, with RFK Jr. in charge, we should hope public health spending and regulation goes down while public health issues like vaccine-preventable deaths remain infrequent. Keep believing The Science." but pointing to RFK Jr. with one hand and dead kids with the other and saying "COINCIDENCE?! HMMMMM?!?!" is almost cartoonish in comparison
The connection is they both have the same root cause.
Illegal immigration?
MAGA stupidity.
You do realize that you are demonstrably less intelligent than the dumbest Trump supporter, right?
Lefty brain-damage, asshole.
Does anyone else get the feeling that this isn't Ron Bailey?
For all "The End of Doom" and "MOAR TESTING" idiocy, this article feels insanely out-of-touch, self-defeating, and pointed to be Ron.
Maybe I thought too highly of Ron but I figured at least he was above one-sidedly dragging dead kids' bodies into the political arena in a non-sequitur of a political appointee who himself shares a degree of the "MOAR TESTING!" persuasion.
This is so hackneyed, oxymoronic, one-sided, and even anti-scientific or evidence-free that it feels more like they had the LLM "Write an science article in the style of Jacob Sullum" and just slapped Ron Bailey's name on it at the last minute when they realized it wasn't Jacob's beat.
I agree. This is entirely out of character.
Did Bailey decide to have some woke AI write the article for him?
Jesus fucking Christ, Ron. What do you know about this school-aged child and the parents' motivations? Anything?
I don't agree with a lot of what RFK Jr. says, but tying him to this is stupid.
The only thing "kooky" is the author of this mind-numbingly stupid article. Reason, if it had any intellectual integrity, would fire Sullum and Bailey. These people should be working for the Propaganda/The Truth Brought To You By Pfizer" Press, not for a magazine that is allegedy libertarian and devoted to reason.
I blame Jenny McCarthy… with exactly the same justification as RB, but minus the stupidly reactionary political “Reason-ing”.
If she wanted to have a crazy phase, she should’ve taken a porn contract.
[Tries not to think that you've got Jenny McCarthy (The Playboy model turned actress) confused with Melissa McCarthy (The actress).]
"Unvaccinated Kid Sadly Dies of Measles in Texas. Odd coincidence that RFK Jr. is now Secretary of Health and Human Services?"
No, retard.
It was the parents' responsibility (there's that damned word the left hates more than any other) to ensure their child was vaccinated, not RFK Jr.'s.
A deadly virus with a 100% fatality rate and an effective vaccine with a 100% protection rate would solve a lot of problems.
No such thing in either case. Even Ebola isn’t 100%
Rabies. Anyone ever survive that one?
Did RFK outlaw vaccines?
Only in the fever dreams of idiot Marxists like Tony and the JeffSarc.
It is odd that "Let's make sure that they ARE safe" is so terrifying.
The medical establishment lied, through their teeth, about the COVID vaccine.
Hey Damned-and-Sick...
https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/united-states-rates-of-covid-19-deaths-by-vaccination-status?country=~All+ages
Just LOOK at the (interactive) graph right at the top of this link!!!! COVID deaths among the unvaccinated VASTLY outnumbered, and still outnumber, the deaths among the vaccinated!!! WHY do You Perfectly Lust SOOOO Much for death, disease, and suffering?!?!
"Did RFK outlaw vaccines?"
No, He and Emperor Trump will achieve the same thing, by "enabling our freedoms" to "access" justice in the courts of Government Almighty, wherein we can SUE vaccine makers for $$$TRILLIONS if we get the sniffles from imperfect vaccines!!! And I will SNOT be allowed to sign a waiver, forgoing my "rights" to be a whiner, forgoing my rights to SUE, in order to get my shot for $65 instead of for $375,932.01! BYPASS the lawsuit lottery, ye say?!?!? SNOT ALLOWED!!!!
Fucking EVIL anti-freedom collectivists, all of ye!!!
Polly Tommey is an idiot. And so is Ronald Bailey for pushing this "no coincidence" idiocy.
A baby arrived at LAX from Seoul on a Korean Airlines flight February 19th with measles. How do you blame that on RFK Jr? Do you think he has some kind of mental measles death ray that reaches not only Texas but Korea? How exactly would it work that he gets sworn in and kids immediately start getting measles?
ktla.com/news/local-news/orange-county-infant-arrived-in-los-angeles-from-korea-with-measles-officials/
Wondering if Ron will cover the story out of Yale documenting the long term damage of the spike proteins in his beloved Covid vax. Nah.
I’m sure he will defend all the Covid treatments that Biden attempted to force on us.
'Indeed, Tommey could be right; it is perhaps no coincidence. After all, the already vaccine-hesitant parents of the infected kids in Texas live in a culture influenced by RFK Jr.'s long and sordid history of kooky and dangerous anti-vaccination agitation.'
You want to see dangerous? Go out to West Texas and tell people how stupid they are.
Well, alleged 'libertarian' rag, YOU are partly responsible, what with your "the libertarian case for vaccine mandates" regarding the Covid shots which have now been exposed as dangerous unnecessary garbage for most healthy people. Just like the swine flu vax in the 70s, the government overstepped and screwed the people with junk science.
But now there's an internet, and WAY more people are learning about how awful their government and its favored cronies are, from bad Covid policy to DOGE exposing waste, fraud, abuse, and general incompetence. One would think a 'libertarian' rag would see all that as a GOOD thing.
I happen to believe in vaccination in principle, but the problem is, the people making them, evaluating them, and pushing them have proven they CANNOT be trusted to behave ethically or responsibly. Instead, they push as many shots as possible, regardless of whether it makes sense (Example: as Rand Paul pointed out during RFK's hearings, most infants can typically wait a few months on a Hep-B shot as long as the mom is clean; they're usually not having sex or using needles. OK, *maybe* the babies are doing that in Commiefornia, but I don't live there).
MMR and the old stuff, probably OK. But endless Covid shots, the HPV vax, flu shots (a 2006 NIH study said they might actually kill more seniors than they save! But, "oddly," the government never updated its "guidance" ... hmm...), and now a chicken pox vaccine (a disease I am old enough to remember "pox parties" for, where parents DELIBERATELY had their kids infect each other just to get that one-time event over with !!), are all useless at best and harmful at worst, for a huge segment of the population.
If I can't trust some of your injections, I can't trust any of them. In principle, maybe, but in practice? Not on my life. Quite literally, in the current environment.
Also given that this is farming country most of this is probably illegals' kids anyway.
Did RFK Jr. -------------- BAN ------------ vaccination?
Oh. You must think it's RFK Jr.s job to dictate the slaves then huh?
I have seen no indication that the experts have considered taking themselves private. What's to stop them from having their own conference, doing a press release, and thumping the tub for whatever they agree on? Who needs government?
"Who needs government?"
Which kind?
1) A *Constitutional* Republic to ensure Individual Liberty and Justice for all.
2) A [Na]tional So[zi]alist Empire that takes away Individual Liberty and Justice by diluting themselves that 'Guns' actually make sh*t or 'Guns' can actually save anyone by destroying Individual Liberty.
Putting aside the lack of seriousness of "coincidence? I THINK NOT!" retardation presented here in thinkpiece form, where was the story about the throngs of young healthy males that suffered or died from myocarditis due to an untested vaccine? A condition that is real, documented and acted upon by several European nations?
Speaking of bullshit TDS, checking in with Vinay Prasad... don't usually see him pissed off, but here you go... expletives inbound!
>Odd coincidence that RFK Jr. is now Secretary of Health and Human Services?
All those rural proles not doing what their betters told them to?
I'm trying to connect the dots here, but I'm not seeing how they fit together.
Confirmation.
Measles outbreak.
Anti-vax.
I... don't see how they fit together.
ps. hey Ronald, what's "mpox" stand for? Come on, you can say it. Free your mind.
Wow Ron.
Just, holy shit man.
Measles cases rose in 2024, including a Chicago outbreak that sickened more than 60.
Trump's fault. RFK's fault. Vance was wrong.
Is is a coincidence that Ronald Bailey is such a ignorant twit immediately after someone he dislikes had been in their new role for 2 weeks?
Just how much power, influence, and change in such a short amount of time.
Ronald Bailey is nothing more than a lying Mr Science now that Fauchi has been exposed and is retired. Ronald Bailey is using a dirty of a tactic that the corporate media often uses with his comment below.
"Indeed, Tommey could be right; it is perhaps no coincidence. After all, the already vaccine-hesitant parents of the infected kids in Texas live in a culture influenced by RFK Jr.'s long and sordid history of kooky and dangerous anti-vaccination agitation."
Reason is losing it's grip on reality with so many of it's staff exposing their deranged attacks. I didn't vote for and don't even like the new administration (or any other administration), but taking cheap shots is completely uncalled for.
A kid dies and this douchebag tries to make a cheap political dig?
“ Odd coincidence that RFK Jr. is now Secretary of Health and Human Service”
May as well say "odd coincidence, a kid dies and here is Ron Bailey using it as a platform, almost fits too neatly"
In other news, vaxxed young people and even children are dropping dead at even greater numbers.
Of course you will never read anything about this on Reason's website.
after all teh covid nonsense who could blame them for not getting vaccinated that said we still don't know who died, a menonite or someone else and yes it does not help that our government allowed some 10 to 20 million un vetted and un vaccinated people into the country in the last 4 years, all disease are on the increase due to that.
After what the COVID shot did to my wife, I will take the measles over the vax any day of the week. I can't believe that an organization called Reason would not understand the propaganda going on here.
Getting people to be afraid of measles will result in a billion bucks in profits to big pharma and a billion more in US debt from the Medicaid and Medicare expenses.
Huh, apparently Reason doesn’t “sadly” note the death anymore. The content below is at least as embarrassing as your poorly written head. Hire better writers!
I know I'm late but I just saw this.
You deserve a giant Fuck You for this article and you should be ashamed of yourself.
I was graced some of the final papers of Julian Simon before his death so I was a fan of Mr Bailey for his furthering work
but here he falls off the cliff..Silent totally about thousandds of Covd Deaths but one measles death and he sees a 'connection'
RFK is miles better than Fauci. You got up on the wrong side of the bed and decided to write a stress-relieving piece about someone you loathe. Too bad. It damages you
