Brickbat: Butt Out

In England, Natalie Walton got a ticket in the mail at her parents' home in Kent. The ticket assessed a £75 fine ($95.63 U.S.) for littering, after an officer saw her drop a cigarette in nearby Swanscombe. But Walton says she doesn't smoke and has never visited Swanscombe. She also hasn't lived in that house for three years; she now lives over 150 miles away, in Staffordshire—which is where she was on the day she was said to have littered. She appealed the ticket, producing bank records of the shopping she did in Staffordshire that day. Officials said that on further review, a photo of the woman who dropped the cigarette doesn't look like Walton after all.

The sad part is that, under Sharia Law, she was immediately stoned to death and the Islamic Council that now rules England upheld it on the sole basis of her being an infidel woman.
Protests in her name were met with swift and brutal retribution, for fear of offending the Muslim ruling class. In the meantime, arrests of those who criticize Islam even slightly have skyrocketed.
England has fallen.
Yea, I said it: England is now a Muslim nation. Change my mind.

+1 "All you white women look the same."
Yes, fallen to pre-Magna Carta day politics. And the world is right behind.
Here's your receipt for your husband, Mrs. Buttle.
Do the Brits still call cigs fags or is that a jailing offence now?
Policing powers don't require any diligence.
Policing comes with an exemption from morality in the US Empire.
Voters complain about the govt. but continue to support it, vote to cheer them on. Is this mass psychosis? Is it "The Most Dangerous Superstition" (Larken Rose)?
Wait ... did I miss something? Is this a script for a skit on "Monty Python?"
It's British police falling to the abysmal quality that's long been accepted in the US. It's the long-term result of policies that never punish the police for effing-up. If they had to give a citizen $500 for wrongfully sending a ticket, they'd look at the picture before sending that ticking. If a wrong-address raid or mistaken-identity arrest cost then $5,000 plus actual damages, they'd check the address and read the description twice.
