Per local reporting....
Both men were being held for civil contempt of court, a charge the Commonwealth Court tells FOX43 has no option for bail.
The lesson here is don't fuck with a Commonwealth judge.
How can there be a law with no option for bail? Whut?
That's pretty standard judge powers. They are tin plated despots with delusions of godhood.
Bail is reserved for lesser crimes, like assault, rape and armed robbery.
Well, it’s not really a charge is it? The judge just gets to lock you up until you are determined not to be in contempt anymore. Or something like that. Contempt of court is a weird thing. The fact that you can be locked up for a civil violation doesn't seem quite right.
The judge took the children’s nursery rhyme about the cow that jumped over the moon as literal fact. So to him, the men pose a flight risk, and nothing short of a rocket could catch them should they decide to flee on one of their cows.
How can there be a law with no option for bail? Whut?
Allow me to introduce a little thing that Reason supports call "bail reform" where "you have no option for bail". There is some kind of sophisticated chatgpt style algorithm that determines if you can be released or not. It's a binary.
So yeah, "no option for bail" is progressive. You either get released with zero bail, or you don't.
Pennsylvania state employee R. Budd Dwyer set an example for corrupt government officials.
That’s why I say, “Hey man, nice shot. What a good shot, man.”
The news crew participated in a live shot on location.
Smith & Wesson could offer a commemorative Model 19 that comes in a manilla envelope.
I didn't know Nick Gillespie was a dairy farmer.

This is udderly outrageous!!! The Medi-Nanny-State is milking licensing laws for ALL the milk AND groovy gravy that they can udderly suck out down and out, till the udders and even the tips of the teats run dry!
Me, I LoOoOove MILK!!! As fresh as possible, straight-from-the-teat-raw is best…
Also I like my cows that look like this... GMOoOoOoOoOo cows! (Scroll down a TINY bit when opening the link)

Finally, please allow me to mention that these moo-cows here in the story have ALSO been offending the Medi-Nanny-State by blowing upon cheap plastic flutes WITHOUT proper authorization!
Stay ye SAFE from the dreaded Cheap Plastic Flatulent-Flute Police!
To find precise details on what NOT to do, to avoid the flute police, please see http://www.churchofsqrls.com/DONT_DO_THIS/ … This has been a pubic service, courtesy of the Church of SQRLS!
Uh oH. Someone didn’t ask the Kings soldiers before they did something. /s
Now bow down and repent before your Gov-Gods… /s
Singing this Hymn (Song of Praise) will help you do that!

"No. We weren't checking for pregnancy. We were looking for smuggled guns, or morning after birth control pills, or illegal bitcoin. Yeah. That's the ticket."
To err is human, to forgive is bovine.
Why isn't this handled like other medical imaging businesses?
Because it's not other medical imaging. It's dairy cows!
And having actually worked in the medical ultrasound industry, the devices used for humans are very expensive and not sold to small mom-n-pop dairy pregnancy consultancies. So their using devices not regulated by the FDA (all hail Godvernment from whom all regulations flow). So by law they are not medical imaging devices.
They were just imaging clumps of cells.
Yeah, I was confused as to how detecting electric currents in cows was helping them manage pregnancies.
