Brickbat: Still Interested?

In 1993, Jeanette Taylor, then a 19-year-old mother, applied for a housing voucher from the Chicago Housing Authority. The CHA responded in 2004 only to tell her she could not have her son on the lease. Taylor, now a city alderwoman, recently received a letter from the CHA in May saying she had made it to the top of the waiting list and asked if she still wanted the voucher.

Alderwoman Jeanette Taylor
@taylorfor20th
29 years. I have no words for how this system continues to fail our communities and those in need of stable, AFFORDABLE housing.

It is the blame of Christianity. Had Jesus Christ never bent sent to our world from God, the Father, the Alderman and the Left would have been living by evolutionary forces. Period. Full stop. Christianity is the only reason our Western world (unlike China) comes to believe the Good Samaritan, our neighbor, our kinsmen (kinsmyn?) should "do onto others".
Poor Dinosaurs. Had Christianity been around back then, someone would have rescued them, say like Hillary Clinton, the FBI or Garland Merrick. SMH
These expectations the Left have of "diversity, equity, inclusion" are as distant from the facts of survival as Joe Biden winning the 2020 election fairly. Bring back the dinosaurs and watch how people learn how to survive or not.

This 'system' that continues to fail are Democratic governance policies. Perhaps rethinking your support of those policies will give you the words you are looking for.
They may fail spectacularly but democratic policies are not alone in their propensity for failure.
There's never a big enough supply of free shit to satisfy the demand,
In 1993, Jeanette Taylor, then a 19-year-old mother...
Please, let's focus on what's important here. 19-year-old birthing person.
Wed, or unwed? Asking for Thomas Sowell.
Please, let's focus on what's important here. 19-year-old birthing person.
You say that like she's not just a vehicle for her children's pronouns.
and yet I wonder; if she were not on the council, would she still be waiting?
How do you think you make it to the top of the waiting list?
Taylor's campaign slogan: Elect me and I will streamline graft for the little people.
Huh. Turns out she really got along ok without the help.
If she got the voucher when she needed it, perhaps she wouldn't have turned to a life of crime and become a Chicago politician.
Boom!
Dumbocrat City is Dumb
That's all big cities! Wait a minute...yeah, that checks out.
WTF?
The post appears to take issue with the amount of time Chicago Housing Authority took to make a decision on Ms. Taylor's "housing voucher" application.
Wouldn't the libertarian position on this be that the City of Chicago has no business giving out "housing voucher" in the first place?!
I mean, isn't it the standard libertarian position that providing / subsidizing people's housing is not a proper function of government?
Yes. Documenting how badly government effed up this function suggests that it shouldn't have such a function at all.
Politics is closely related to the activities of the space industry in Russia. The result of confrontation with foreign partners brought losses unknown to the Roscosmos space agency, rogozin. Now it all depends only on state subsidies that risk being abbreviated.
