Why Are Progressives So Eager To Copy California's Failed Policies?
Californians might be voting with their feet, but there's nowhere they can run and hide if the federal government embraces the same policies.

During my recent trip to Phoenix, locals rolled their eyes at all the Californians who are moving there—mostly middle-class residents who are so tired of our state's chronic mismanagement that they're willing to abandon the temperate coast for a parched desert. Note to Californians: It's best to re-register your cars in other states as quickly as possible, to avoid glares from the locals.
But while the exodus continues—and California's falling population and outmigration figures reinforce the anecdotal stories—progressives still dream of replicating the state's political experiment at the national level. Californians might be voting with their feet, but there's nowhere they can run and hide if the federal government embraces the same policies.
After the Biden administration took power, many Americans expressed these concerns. After all, Vice President Kamala Harris, is a product of the Bay Area Democratic political machine. Biden tapped another former California attorney general and member of Congress, Xavier Becerra, to run the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services—a particularly important agency given the pandemic.
Other Californians rose to high-level positions, too. These include a team of economic officials with longtime California ties, including Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen (former president of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco), Small Business Administration head Isabel Casillas Guzman (a veteran of the Gray Davis and Gavin Newsom administrations), and a host of lesser-known officials.
And San Francisco's Nancy Pelosi remains the speaker of the house, where California-style policies (such as its ban on independent contracting) receive a sympathetic hearing. As we know, California's Democratic leaders seem more interested in using California—it's the world's fifth-largest economy, don't you know?—as a template for national policy.
Their recent fratricide over single-payer healthcare is one recent example. The Legislature proposed ending every private health plan and replacing it with a DMV-style bureaucracy called CalCare. Its companion measure, Assembly Constitutional Amendment 11, would have asked California voters to raise their taxes by $12,250 per household.
In reality, neither bill had any serious chance of becoming law. The effort was about making a symbolic point—largely for a national audience. But with Harris and Becerra in key national posts, progressives hoped such policies could be imposed from the top down.
Yet fears of the Californication of America are overblown after watching the administration's ongoing struggles. "White House officials have grown so frustrated with top health official Xavier Becerra as the pandemic rages on that they have openly mused about who might be better in the job," The Washington Post reported last month.
Biden officials are frustrated at conflicting messaging from Becerra's office, as the pandemic continues and the administration pays a political price for its mishandling of related health policy. By the way, a government agency that can't even get its "messaging "right on one single health issue might not be the best place to centralize all healthcare decisions, but I digress.
The administration jumped into damage-control mode, as Latino groups complained about criticism of Biden's highest-ranking Latino official. But no Californian should be surprised at Becerra's inability to inspire confidence in the federal response to the virus' latest variant, or anything else. He had virtually no healthcare experience, but that was only part of the problem.
More significantly, Becerra was a disaster as attorney general. After the U.S. Senate approved Becerra as the nation's healthcare czar, this Editorial Board recounted the "ongoing mess" he left at the California Department of Justice—comparing the imagery to "an action movie protagonist barely escaping from a building that he detonated behind him."
I lack the word count to detail the myriad Becerra scandals and management failures, but the courts repeatedly slammed him for disregarding the state's police-accountability laws and mismanaging our gun-registration system. The newspaper editorial found a recurring theme: "basic incompetence." Who is shocked that he took that skill set to the federal level?
Harris' office has likewise echoed explosion scenes from Die Hard 2. White House damage control over Becerra echoes its approach to Harris in December after news reports pointed to infighting, intrigue, and dysfunction. The White House reassured the nation that the vice president is a valuable partner, but it sounded like the administration was limiting Harris to tasks where she could do little damage.
Similar dysfunction plagued all of her previous offices, so why would we expect anything different as vice president? My theory: California's Democrats rise to power in a one-party state, where internal party considerations matter more than policy credentials or basic competence, so they are out of their league playing at the national level.
California Democrats don't understand that voters in Peoria or Phoenix don't share the same obsessions as those in San Francisco or Los Angeles. So while California's lawmakers will continue along their merry, progressive way, it's obvious—and fortunate— that they lack the skills to impose those priorities on a politically diverse nation.

It's because Progressives are morons.
As are conservatives. Progressives = government can fix everything, conservatives = only gawd can fix everything and now back to licking Trump's Taint. Libertarians are the only ones who kind of have a clue.
And Libertarians always run in the GOP... Perhaps RINO's don't belong in the GOP and should've ran on the leftard ticket instead since they vote like a leftard.
Regarding the Fake Durham Scandal:
How the right embraced the false claim that Hillary Clinton ‘spied’ on President Donald Trump
https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2022/02/18/how-right-embraced-false-claim-clinton-spied-president-trump/
Basically it is pure horse shit.
Like the dozens of other fake scandals.
BUT OBAMMY WORE A TAN SUIT!
I agree, the WaPo is pure horse shit. And so are you for quoting them on such a partisan matter, and even more so for expecting anyone to not notice your partisan bullshit.
Haha. Wapo as horse shit. I'm sure it isn't something treasured like your Newsmax or whatever bullshit you lot are gulping up nowadays.
hahahahahahahahahaha
Why don't you see if Buttplug will kill and eat you?
Even Buttplug doesn't hate himself that much.
He might put the lotion in the basket though…
Kill your self you pedo
"BUT OBAMMY WORE A TAN SUIT!"
LOL — That will never stop being funny.
Obama's worst scandal: once wore a tan suit.
Drumpf's worst scandal: literally put kids in cages.

But OpenBordersLiberal-tarian does dream of a big Koch in his mouth.
Oh my goodness, did someone diss your precious Queen Hillary?
After 4 years of conspiracy theories about Trump, you should just go hide in shame. Your batting average on the Truth is woefully poor.
You really want to quote the Washington Post? lolz
Ooh. The Washington Post says it so it must be true.
That shark was jumped decades ago.
Democracy Dies in the Darkness We Provide.
They might as well replace "Democracy Dies in Darkness" with "Ignorance is Strength" at this point. I'm a little surprised they didn't make the change once Biden took office.
The irony that the brief asking for dismissal admits to lying, they are just claiming it wasn't applicable to an investigation so no bid deal. Lol. It also cites Strokz.
The irony that the brief asking for dismissal admits to lying, they are just claiming it wasn't applicable to an investigation so no bid deal.
^
And it's only no big deal because for the original lie about Russian collusion they're going with "it's not a lie if he believed it! And you can't prove he didn't believe it!"
And for those who haven't been following the details, the lie that they freely admit to is that when he was asked by the FBI, to whom he was lying (allegedly), whether he was working on behalf of any presidential candidate, he said "no." Which wasn't a misinterpretation or understandable ambiguity - it was a straight-up, deliberate, bald-faced, 100% lie.
So when he said he wasn't "speaking on behalf of any client" he also didn't know that he'd be billing the time spent with the FBI to the DNC/Clinton Campaign?
I could almost buy it if the claim was that he didn't personally know that most of the Steele Dossier had been fabricated by a PR exec who was also on the payroll of the DNC/HRC Campaign at the time. As a lawyer at that level, he'd have to be familiar with "compartmentalization" as a means of preserving deniability. The claim that he wasn't serving a client's interest would seem to be in direct conflict with having deemed that time spent as "billable hours" for that client.
“Like the dozens of other fake scandals.”
…like Russiagate.

"There was no proof in the filing"
Is that where proof is normally found?
"This accusation is unproven! There's no need for an investigation!"
Unless that accusation is against a Supreme Court nominee, then it becomes ironclad evidence of guilt.

One of the more obvious examples of the asshole turd’s imbecility, TDS-addlement and dishonesty.
Not to dismiss his horrible character, but if he was an enlightened saint and said the stupid shit he does, he'd still be woodchipper fodder.
As should all Marxists.
The WaPO? really? One of the worst papers on the planet. Owned and controlled by Jewff Bezos.
I wouldn't use that POS newspaper to line the bottom of the cat litter box. let alone believe ANYTHING the WaPo vomits out.
Because they are all evil and retarded.
Man that was a softball question
but there's nowhere they can run and hide if the federal government embraces the same policies
This is the answer to the question posed in the headline.
California Democrats live in a bubble. They have no exposure to competing ideas or voice.
I wish I could find an article from 2016. After Trump was elected, a Florida newspaper put out an add for conservatives to talk to them. The newspaper staff couldn't understand how Trump won...and then they realized no one on staff new any conservatives. Not. One.
Living in a bubble with no exposure to alternative ideas means you think there's only one option. Alternative ideas don't come to mind. That there might be an alternative becomes literally unthinkable.
This isn't unique to California. You can find it anywhere exposure to other ideas is eliminated. It's one reason China tightly controls it's Press. If the people only know what you tell them, it's easy to control. You'll also see this problem in Academia where dissenting ideas are squashed.
This is the reason we have Free Speech. To promote free discourse and to give good ideas a chance to come forth and rise to the top.
That's all well and good but the situation we are dealing with today is this: Your ideas disagree with mine so I'm getting you censored and kicked off the platform.
Or someone in the government claims your repeating disinformation and you need to be arrested. Don't think for one minute that won't happen here. It's coming.
There's a little corporal up in Canada who wants to do that very sort of thing.
Good ideas need to be heard but when those who control the platforms and news outlets only want their ideas and discourse to be heard, then you're in a whole different game.
This is the reason we have Free Speech. To promote free discourse and to give good ideas a chance to come forth and rise to the top.
Well, the Party is working on hard on solving that right now.
I wish I could find an article from 2016. After Trump was elected, a Florida newspaper put out an add for conservatives to talk to them. The newspaper staff couldn't understand how Trump won...and then they realized no one on staff new any conservatives. Not. One.
Well, yeah. Have you seen modern journalism schools at universities? Their whole MO for the last 10-15 years, at least, hasn't been to train students in the trade of journalism; like all the disciplines outside the hard sciences (and that's been going down the same road itself recently), it's been to create neomarxist ideologues that will push a radical left political agenda in their stories. When you're as hard left as most of the journalism industry is, avoiding association with conservatives is considered the proper thing to do.
Show a little sympathy for them! They're facing a tough road if they ever undertake to actually *understand* something other than their NPC "conversation tree". They have to overcome:
1) Their own projections and their demonization of the largely-invented "enemy". (ex: There's not really millions of actual "white supremacists" out here in the real world, nor, truth be told, in the cloistered worlds they inhabit. ex: not black people, nor gays, nor women (etc) are a single unified thing that thinks alike)
2) The misconception that tells them anyone who opposes wokeitude is "conservative", which is hardly an accurate descriptor for the forces of real liberalism and normalcy who are horrified by their behavior and attested beliefs.
3) They see early on that actually UNDERSTANDING their opposition will require a hard adjustment: from following an identity politics flow chart that tells them what they should think, to, you know, ACTUALLY THINKING, and obeying the conclusions revealed by the application of the rules of logic and reason, even if (and here's the rough part) EVEN IF that conclusion is contrary to one or more of the shibboleths of their tribe. This is especially hard for them because it becomes obvious that their wokey beliefs are like a game of Jenga...and believing ANY SINGLE THING that goes against the orthodoxies of their dogma might leave the entire irrational structure in a pile of tumbled gaslighting, re-definitions, unsupported assertions and pre-programmed responses.
Scary prospect, and the daunting nature of questioning even one thing from the dogma keeps a lot of people in line. Almost like it's going to require a mass deprogramming.

Everyone knows how destructive and horrific progressive policies are. The only way they can ensure adoption is to have no choice. While you have a choice of less progressive states, you can always move there. If they all have the same shit policies forced on the majority by the minority who connive their way to power, you have no choice.
Hmm, almost as if the braindead system we have here in the states where land is worth more than people is fucking the actual majority entirely.
We've been importing millions of people here for hundreds of years, you dumbshit, and especially so after Hart-Cellar was passed. If your pretense was correct, the border would have been locked down decades ago.
If you don’t like it, get out. America is for Americans, not democrats.
Like the situation in Russia after the communist take over. You either went along with it or you signed your own death warrant.
Socialism, ideas so good they have to be mandatory!
"Why Are Progressives So Eager To Copy California's Failed Policies?"
They're articles of faith. They're like resistance to sin. Devout Catholics don't eat fish on Fridays because it's good nutrition. They make sacrifices for religious reasons.
Yes. It's more of a religion than a political viewpoint.
Leftist authoritarians will never admit, even to themselves, that their way isn't the only way. (If it personally enriches them while it fails everyone else, that's just a coincidence, and also everyone else's fault.)
Sure, this differs from the rabid authoritarian right immensely yes?
Not sure if you've been paying attention buddy but there is basically no rabid authoritarian right in the USA.
The rabid authoritarian is coming from Democrat Party, which is not considered "right", and is completely in power right now.
Let California sink in its own waste. The liberal progressives will never admit at any time they were wrong. They only double down with the same stupid ideas and politics that got the state in trouble to begin with. Their excuse is that it wasn't done quite right, you know, the apologists for the all the millions that had to be eliminated in order for communism to become successful.
So now when their own policies become disasters, instead of fixing them, they move on to other states, take over the voting bloc and elect the same progressive types that caused all the misery in California to become the new policies.
Which is why native Texans despise Californians. Which is why native Floridians despise New Yorkers. Which is why people in other states such as Colorado, Idaho and Utah dislike Californians moving to their home states. They bring with them all the destructive progressive ideas that ruined California.
It's funny because if California was lopped off into their own state they'd be far better off.
A lot of their issues come from propping up the taker states that sap their wealth.
^lol this nonsense again
You’ll have to draw a diagram of that before I take it seriously.
LOL, if it was lopped off, you fuckers would be colony of China within a decade.
The state itself would be a colony. The Californian's would be corpses that the Chinese settlers would have to sweep out of their new houses.
It really is hilarious how stupid these idiots are about this. Something like 25% of California's electricity is imported. In 2019, it imported more electricity than the next to largest net importers combined. And unlike other importers where, if you shut off the power, your water is still relatively abundant and your major industrial centers might have to shift to daylight hours, but can still work. Whereas in CA, where EVs have been mandated, gas stoves have been banned, and Silicon Valley runs on electricity, you're fucked.
It's funny because if California was lopped off into their own state they'd be far better off.
I actually think this may be true, but in no small part because it would enable the existence of an opposition party that isn't associated with the national Republican Party. That's what we so sorely lack in CA. Everyone hates Gavin, everyone hates Pelosi and Feinstein and Harris. But everyone hates Republicans so, so, so much more that it doesn't matter.
Because all Republicans are racist!
So brilliant.
You're counting all the money Big Tech and Entertainment "make", and then pretending California is generating wealth for anyone but the top C-levels and Gov't players. But ask yourself: Is that wealth "created" in any way by them, or is it taken from the millions and millions of actual working people in those despised "red" or "flyover" states??
I don't think Cali would do all that well as an indy state. Would love to see it happen though.
It doesn’t matter. Marxism has to go, and you can’t have American land. You leftists either need to leave or get ready to be pruned.
If CA became an "independent" nation, the first two things they'd do would be to allow the millions of "undocumented" residents vote immediately, and try to confiscate all the privately held firearms within their borders.
If they gave it a real try (as opposed to the last "CalExit" effort which was literally run out of Moscow before the local leftists picked it up and tried to run with it), they might well precipitate something of a civil war within the State. If the civil war happened, it might not last very long, since almost all of the resident gun owners (and most of the national guardsmen as well, I'd imagine) would be on one side, and the people supporting secession would be on the other.
Within 5 years, the place would either be a proxy state for the Mexican Cartels, or would maybe even get voted to be returned to Mexican ownership; possibly including a return of all privately owned land in the state to the descendents of the "original" Mexican landholders (based on "records" kept by a corrupt government that's largely influenced by the Cartels).
I hear this a lot about conservatives have all the guns and will win the second civil war.
Don’t you realize the China, Russia and Iran would all immediately send food, weapons and ammo to the coastal cities where all the leftists live?
They have a huge interest in prolonging the American conflict.
The progressive army will be well armed by Chinese weapons and have Iranian trainers.
I don't know. Ask dumbass conservatives why they keep wanting to cut taxes to nothing when they could easily look at how fucked Kansas got (and still is) due to that dumbassery.
Kansas is doing great what are you talking about?
Do you get another 50 cents if someone replies to your comment?
You're welcome, you annoying cunt.
The key to prosperity is high taxes. To be sure.
A truly progressive society requires never ending and intense micromanagement. You’ll never be able to implement this to its ideal effectiveness so long as people are simply free to move away from being under the thumb. This means that you either implement it at the federal level or alternatively, set up a system of internal passports and require permission to move.
dont forget the Gulags. You need the Gulags for those who are undermining confidence in socialism. And other things.
You’re right. I forgot the gulags.
The only thing that would work is to plug us into The Matrix. Although it would be much easier to just eliminate the leftists.
"Note to Californians: It's best to re-register your cars in other states as quickly as possible, to avoid glares from the locals." But why should the locals glare, if the California emigrés have left progressivism in their rear-view mirrors?
As a quondam Tucsonan, I can tell you why: Because they haven't. They still want, and loudly clamor for, all the amenities that the government offered them in California. They still want, and stridently demand, that the government provide all manner of goodies for most-vulnerables. They just believe that someone else can be made to pay for them—and, when this proves untrue, they and their new neighbors get higher taxes. Whence the glares.
Alas, the belief that people deserve all kinds of nice things from the government's magic money tree isn't limited to progressives. Is there a single member of Congress who hasn't issued press releases boasting about all the federal boodle that they secured for $HOMESTATE? And is there, or has there ever been, so much as one of those releases that mentioned the amount of cash that went to other states in order to win passage of the bill, or the per-capita cost of the total bill?
Every time I nod approvingly at some budget item that has "bipartisan" support, my wallet kicks me in the ass.
And rightly so, since "bipartisan" means "everybody got a piece".
Why Are Progressives So Eager To Copy California's Failed Policies? because it helps them stay in power and thats what matters, not wether the policies work or not.
If you appoint incompetents, don't act surprised when you get incompetence.
"Why Are Progressives So Eager To Copy California's Failed Policies?"
Because fascists cannot govern; they can only rule.
if they weren't douchebag powermongers in the first place they wouldn't be progressives.
Why Are Progressives So Eager To Copy California's Failed Policies?
Left wingers have understood for a century or more their policies are failures. That's why they have always focused on making them universal: so competing policies don't prove their failure. Without this real world example the left's control of media and academia allow them to claim without their policies things would be worse, and everything that sucks is a remnant of capitalism. Utopia is around the corner if we just stamp out capitalism a little harder.
This is the playbook for every left wing power base from the Soviets to Greece to Venezuela to Canada to America. They know as long as a place with more freedom exists they will fail by comparison.
Why Are Progressives So Eager To Copy California's Failed Policies?
For the same reason that Muslims face Mecca.
I think progressive beliefs are a secular religion. A big part of religion is atoning for sin.
Original sins of slavery, mistreatment of native peoples, destroying the environment must be atoned for.
Those who commit sins of contributing to climate change, or showing even the slightest signs of having any -ism or -phobe beliefs are made to feel guilty and atone.
Other mortal sins include failure to don the appropriate ritualistic vestments such as blue masks or now KN95 masks, and allowing the blasphemy of allowing the names and likeness of all the evil racist straight white males to continue to be shown.
The question of whether or not progressive beliefs lead to better lives for people is irrelevant. We have all sinned, especially Republicans and other conservatives but even Democrats. Those sinned must be atoned for by giving up our wants and needs in order to give back to Mother Earth and all the horribly disadvantaged groups who have been taken advantage of by all the evil straight white males for all these year.
What makes you think their policies have failed? They have made massive amounts of money for a small elite in California while creating a disposable underclass of people who will never be able to succeed economically, and they want to replicate that at the national level. The policies are working as intended.
It still isn't any less ludicrous for you people to be going on about what a shithole California is.
If you list the states by wealth, it's pretty much a spectrum that goes bluest state = richest, reddest state = poorest.
What is it about Mississippi that you want California to emulate? Or is prosperity not as important to libertarians as forcing the state up women's private parts?
The picture of Tony sitting in the middle of the August Complex Fire saying "This is fine." paints itself.
The thought of Tony in the middle of a forest fire is quite pleasant.
Do you know anything about the world other than what FOX News shoves down your eye holes?
You’re really obsessed with Fox News. I notice you’re about the only person here who ever brings them up. Probably because you have no real ideas other than what you’re to,d to say or think by the democrats.
Because I know for a fact that's where most of you get literally all of your news. Some of you do branch out and read curated Facebook feeds of pure pro-Republican propaganda.
The rest of us have very diverse media diets and also understand that there's an internet full of actual information beyond Facebook. Perhaps these radicalized boomers will eventually discover it.
I know this because people's arguments are often nearly verbatim what Tucker Carlson said last night. It's not their fault really, they just don't know he's a psychopathic liar.
There are way more poor people in California than in Mississippi.
A handful of elites generate most of the wealth in blue states. CA has more people than Canada and can be broken down into several different states. A more apples to apples comparison to Mississippi would be Oakland or maybe Central CA.
In reality, CA has the highest rate of poverty when cost of living in factored in. Even liberal fact check confirms it. The state bled so many people that it lost house seats.
If we go by progressive narrative, CA is a prime example of a systemically unjust society - the bulk of the wealth is created and kept by white people, men, big companies, tech, wall street guys, the list goes on. Bernie Sander supports in CA complain that the state is a tale of two cities.
Guys like Tony knows this already. They absolutely do. But they can't let the right win the argument on this matter, so they'll just quote surface numbers.
Am I the only one here to note the auspicious (these days) occasion of a Greenhut HyR entry that doesn't make us ask, "What's this doing here?"
Maybe the TDS is fading away, for now.
"California Democrats don't understand that voters in Peoria or Phoenix don't share the same obsessions as those in San Francisco or Los Angeles."
Even voters in eastern and northern California don't share those obsessions. They're simply outnumbered.
Because the policies enrich and enhance leftists' power over others. Does anyone with any sense really still believe they're trying to HELP people ?
it is a good topic
https://www.hanen-elmamlka.com/%d8%aa%d8%b1%d9%83%d9%8a%d8%a8-%d8%a3%d8%ab%d8%a7%d8%ab-%d8%a7%d9%8a%d9%83%d9%8a%d8%a7-%d8%a8%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b1%d9%8a%d8%a7%d8%b6/
To understand how progressive policies are failures, just consider the progressive policies put forth in other states like Oregon and Washington. Oregon is set to go downhill very quickly and It doesn't take much of an imagination to see thousands leaving the state much as they are California. Their education standards have been deliberately dropped so low that any idiot will be handed a diploma whether they can read or add 2+2. Oregon will be the first state to produce the first generation of idiocracy.
Just how soon before other states begin following that idea?
Progressives don't care about results or reality. They want to live in their own little narcissistic world where everything conforms to their tunnel vision and they are morally superior to all the lesser beings.
If the Dems at the national level do want to make CA policies federal, the point would be to leave those fleeing CA nowhere to run to, especially now that the handful of people who CA had expected to pay for everything are starting to clear out, and the impoverished masses who've been promised everything under the sun plus a free pony courtesy of the government aren't going to stand for being asked to pay taxes directly to fund any of it.
I'm not so sure they really want to stop the exodus of taxpayers/voters from CA though. As long as CA is "safe" for the Dems, having hundreds of thousands of people who are in poverty in CA (on incomes that would be comfortably middle class in a lot of "flyover" states) serves a function of de-concentrating Dem voters in one state (the one which was home to more than 150% of the popular vote margin that HRC had in 2016), and possibly helping their party possibly dominate the electoral college going forward.
The Democratic party was founded in 1828. After almost 200 years of failure, Democrats now aspire to failure. Failure is the Democratic party's badge of success!
Because the policies are a massive success.
I'm not sure you realize this yet, but these so called progressives do not look at all the problems you identified and say "oh gosh, I didn't mean to do that." This is all by design.
Were you one of the QAnon morons who were lamenting -
ITS DAY FIVE AND REASON WON'T COVER THE FAKE DURHAM SCANDAL! NOT FAIR!
Good for Reason that they are not gullible wingnuts.
You nutcases need to make up your mind because actual fascists, Nazis and Neo Nazi types all join the GOP while actual socialists like Bernie Sanders run to the Democratic Party. Since you don't know history I will clue you in -- fascists and socialist/communists hate each other.
Minus the some folks revisionist attempts to tie into capitalism how can "authoritarian ultra nationalism characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition, and strong regimentation of society" be at odds with "Any of various theories or systems of social organization in which the means of producing and distributing goods is owned collectively or by a centralized government that often plans and controls the economy." Seems like those two circles can co-exist.
I agree with Buttplug: it’s debatable whether or not democrats are fascists. They’re more tyrannical authoritarians.
“We are socialists. We are the enemies of today’s capitalist system of exploitation … and we are determined to destroy this system under all conditions.” Adolph Hitler
lol... "Since you don't know history I will clue you in"
Nazi is but a German acronym for National Socialist.
Is your retarded libtard *ss going to pretend the GOP has all of those?
Of course you are; That's all libtards have anymore is PROJECTING everything they are onto the other-side because lets face it.. Leftards can't even take care of themselves with THEFT of the other-side. ARMED THEFT is the bottom line and looking at it for what it is; is just too honest for leftards.
The defining characteristic of fascism is the preservation of country/race/power to the exclusion of "others" like Jews, gypsies, blacks, etc. Yes, dictatorial power is the means to that end - not liberal democracy. Liberal democracy is the antithesis of fascism.
No one ever in history thought Nazis were Marxists who wanted to share their productive means with Jews or immigrants.
Conservatives, like Nazis, want to conserve their race/heritage.
That's literally not true see 1930s ittally. The definition changed in the last~7 years, alot like other definitions. This is the game the progtards play. One definition remains though
Pedofile: noun spb2
So, our modern progressive Marxists are NOT trying to exclude (and de-humanize) at least a third of the people? And provide simple ID rules and labels?
ps. Progressives have nothing to do with liberal democracy, besides some gaslighting rhetoric.
Tell us more about spittin tobaccy prices.
So, yes, you DO have children to fuck?
Quit diverting. You’re being called on your pedophilia.
They openly want to push government control through corporations such as with ESG. It is literally Italian fascism.
Shrike is an idiot.
That pretty much describes most liberals and all progressives.
Tyrannical authoritarians.
The democrats are Leninists.
Yes, they have a lot in common with the some of the worst parts of fascism, don’t they?
+2, two correct assertions.
Oppressing a minority is only evil if its race based. Didn't you get the memo?
Except the cancer will spread as the progs flee the consequences of their actions. It's already happening with Arizona and to a lesser extent Texas.

One important part being overlooked here; as Californians flock to states like Texas, etc, no one is reporting how the d-dag Texans are going to states like Wyoming with their big Texas money and doing the same shit. My bro in Wyoming mused how he saw a Texas car with a sticker saying "Don't Californize Texas" yet they are doing the same thing in the norther states. Ironically, Texans don't know, or realize that them and New Yorkers are hated across the country as much as Californians. Like they say, "Things are bigger is Texas", so are their egos.
Progressives are carcinogenic retards.
Their economic model is far closer to fascism than communism. And here in California the Super Majority is allowing certain totalitarian—vs garden variety authoritarian—hues to bleed through. I don’t talk about Commiefornia, I talk about what our program have revealed themselves to be—left wing fascists. There’s nothing even ostensibly “liberal” about them anymore and, like Trudeau’s party up north, they need to ditch the false advertising.
Most the Texans that have moved to North Dakota and Montana and Wyoming came here for drilling jobs during the Bakken Oil Boom that ended five years ago. We also got a lot of from Oklahoma and Louisiana. For the most part, they've fit in better than the Californians that infest Missoula and Bozeman.
Given my druthers I'd rather see a Texas or Louisiana plate rather than a New York or California plate.
It’s time for some chemotherapy.
