Nicholas Beauchene, a U.S. Postal Service mail carrier in New Jersey, has been charged by with one count of delay, secretion, or detention of mail and one count of obstruction of mail. Prosecutors say Beauchene discarded mail, including 99 absentee ballots on their way to voters.

My wife and I received three extra ballots; one for my father-in-law (deceased for more than ten years), one each for my son and daughter both who are registered out of state (for years). In addition, there is a pile of ballots at the borough hall (the ones turned in apparently because of voter fraud concerns). I contacted the local Newspaper (for the hell of it), no interest. Reached out to the Governor and Senator Shirley Turner; not even an automated response. So, (for the hell of it) I emailed the White House and received an automated response. Waste of time. Yea, no fraud to see here. What's up with that Reason?

For clarification, did you open them to confirm that they were actual ballots? Or were they merely applications for absentee ballots?

Either way, it's disturbing that your dept of election's records are so unreliable. But if it was just the application, that still leave the opportunity for other error-checking in the process.
