The Johnson County, Kansas, sheriff's office is investigating a teacher caught on video kicking a 5-year-old kindergarten student at Bluejacket-Flint Elementary School. The child had crawled into a bookshelf in the school library and hid as the other students lined up and left the room. Teacher Crystal Smith found the girl, pulled the girl out of the bookcase and walked away. Then, when another adult in the room turned away, Smith kicked the girl in the back. The incident was captured on video and Smith subsequently fired.

Tell me about it. I believed I was a book for a large chunk of middle school. I got put down on a daily basis, and one time some bullies threw
me to the floor and tore my jacket.
